This very dark and concentrated version of Mourvèdre flaunts autumn leaf, new leather, pepper and sappy green herbs on its outward black velvet palate. Its full-bodied richness and depth shine from behind a rustic façade of succulent primary fruit. Being both opulent and bright with incredible acidity, it is certainly tempting upon release, yet patience and time in the cellar will be rewarded with further complexity for over a decade.
