39% Mourvèdre, 35% Syrah, 26% Grenache
This wine shows an effortless integration of blackberry, black cherry, cardamom, cloves, and star anise. The crushed flowers and wild sage slide across the palate, with an incredible round and covetous chalky texture. As with all of the wines from Law Estate Wines, the acidity exalts the brilliance of this wine and balances through its finish. The many facets of this blend will continue to weave together creating a wine of serious depth and finesse over the next decade.

The GSM blend 2012 Sagacious (39% Mourvedre, 35% Syrah and 26% Grenache) is a Chateauneuf du Pape look-alike with its darker fruits, cured meats, herbes de Provence and licorice-laced bouquet. A big, full-bodied, concentrated, sexy and fruit loaded effort, drink it anytime over the coming 7-8 years.
93 Points, Vinous Media - Josh Raynolds
Opaque ruby. Ripe, deeply perfumed aromas of black and blue fruits and candied flowers, with a peppery element adding vibrancy and lift. Dense, ripe and alluringly sweet in the mouth, offering sappy, energetic blackberry and violet pastille flavors. Finishes on a spicy note, with excellent focus, an echo of juicy dark fruit, and suave tannins.

Plush and ripe, with a modest core of crushed rock tannins lending focus. Bold aromas of black raspberry and fruitcake lead to jammy flavors of cherry, licorice and smoky sage. MourveĢ€dre, Syrah and Grenache. Drink now through 2023.
