In this Tavel-style rosé, we picked the Mourvèdre earlier than usual and pressed it to preserve its natural freshness. The dark salmon pink hue is reflective of the smooth body and structure while embracing a bright acidity. The Grenache contributes notes of wild strawberry, rainier cherries, grapefruit, orange and lemon zest, and peach skin. The small Syrah addition provides subtle nuances of wet stone and jasmine. This rosé is best enjoyed now and in the warmer months to come.
