2010 Beguiling
Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Grenache dominant, this wine is the liveliest of the bunch. Red fruits like raspberry and dried strawberry first grab your attention aromatically. This is joined by subtle layers of lavender and clove. Large format puncheons keep the smoke and spice from the oak inviting, but secondary to the fruit. On the palate, the wine is round and inviting with great texture and weight. While incredibly rich and viscous throughout the palate, amazing acidity provides balance and keeps the wine fresh and lively long into the finish.
